Refund and Returns Policy
At Orbitrex Peptide LLC, we are committed to providing the highest quality research materials. Due to the sensitive nature of advanced peptide compounds and the strict quality control standards we enforce, we have implemented the following Returns and Refund Policy.
1. General Return Policy
Because synthetic peptides are highly temperature-sensitive and susceptible to rapid degradation, oxidation, or cross-contamination once they leave our controlled environment, we do not accept returns on any opened, unsealed, or tampered-with products. Once the protective seal is broken or the product leaves our strict chain of custody, it can no longer be guaranteed for research use and cannot be restocked.
2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once a shipping label is generated and tracking is provided, the order is considered processed and cannot be canceled.
3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged vial, an incorrect compound, or if an item is missing from your shipment, you must contact us at clientservice@orbitrexpeptidellc.com within 48 hours of the package being marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
- Please include your order number and clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, as well as the original packaging.
- Upon verification by our quality control team, we will expedite a replacement to your facility at no additional cost.
4. Chargebacks
We request that you contact our client service team to find an amicable resolution to any order discrepancies before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks will be aggressively disputed, and the associated customer will be permanently banned from purchasing from Orbitrex Peptide LLC.
